How Paddleboarding Can Be Your Best Adventure in 2025
In this talk, bestselling author Jo Moseley will tell you (almost!) everything you need to know to start paddleboarding, including lessons, kit, permits and bio security. She’ll cover tips on safety, community and the benefits of being on the water for your physical and mental wellbeing.
Having travelled the country for her bestselling books, Jo will share stunning photos from the huge variety of places we can SUP (stand up paddleboard) - from canals to the coast, harbours to rivers and lochs to lakes. Whether you’re new to SUP or need a refresher after the winter months, you’ll leave feeling inspired and informed for some new adventures on the water in 2025.
A bit about Jo
