What are the Show opening times?
The Show is open from 10am - 6pm

Are pets allowed at the Show?
Pets are not allowed in the NEC halls. However, assistance dogs are always welcome. For more information visit the disabled access page. Please note - pets should not be left unattended in parked vehicles. 

Is there a campsite at the Show?
There is no onsite campsite at this Show. Click here to find a local campsite 

Is there a cloakroom?
Yes there is a cloakroom. Coats and jackets may be left at a charge of £2 per item, bags can be left at a charge of £3 per item. All payments are contactless via card. The cloakroom will be open 30 minutes before the event opens and will close 1hr after the event closes. 

Is there WIFI?
Yes there is a free visitor WIFI across the NEC. If you are having trouble connecting, head to the Visitor centre. 

TICKETS


Can I buy tickets on the door?
Tickets are available to buy online during show open days and on the door subject to availability for £16.50. We advise to buy online to skip the queues on the day.

Can I use my ticket on another day?
Tickets are day specific and can only be used for the day purchased, but you can change your day of attendance via the See Tickets customer services portal

I haven't received my ticket
Tickets have been sent from See Tickets (our ticketing agent), to the email address on the order - please check your junk folder. If you have not received your tickets, click here to resend them.

What is a transaction fee and when does it apply?
The transaction fee is charged per order regardless of the number of tickets purchased. If you purchase six tickets, you only pay one transaction fee. The fee contributes to the cost of delivering the tickets, whether it is through the post, electronically or collecting at the venue. The transaction fee also contributes to other operational costs and overheads associated with ticket transaction e.g. stock administration and inventory control. 

How do I claim a carers ticket?

A carer accompanying a Registered Disabled visitor (who has a valid ticket for the Show) is free of charge. To book your free of charge carers ticket please click here. Please note, upon arrival, you may be asked to show proof of eligibility - a blue badge or a qualifying letter.  

Do you have a special rate for children?

Children under 16 visit for free when accompanied by a full paying adult or senior but still require a ticket. Please select the child ticket when buying your tickets. Please note: Child tickets are limited. Max 2 children per paying ticket holder.

GETTING TO THE SHOW

How much is parking at the NEC?
Parking for the Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show is included in the ticket price. Simply follow the directions for Caravan Camping & Motorhome Show carparks on arrival at the Venue. You do not need to pre-book or pay on exit. Strictly no overnight parking is allowed on the site. 

Can I park my motorhome at the NEC?
When arriving at the NEC the parking staff will be on hand to direct you to the appropriate car park. Strictly no overnight parking is permitted. 

What time does the car park open and close?
Car parks at the NEC open at 7am and close at 11pm
