About Mark
Mark and Sophie are two very passionate cooks who love to cook in their beloved campervan and for other vanlifers. They love to show anything is possible in a tiny kitchen.
Mark originates from a family line of Italian chefs from the infamous village of Minori on the Amalfi coast and his grandfather trained alongside TV chef Generao Contaldo. Sophie has a background of family home baking and comfort cooking, between the two of them they have a huge variety of amazing recipes.
