UK Motorhome and Caravan Manufacturer, Elddis, celebrates its 60th Anniversary – and with this milestone celebration, one of the most anticipated launches of the decade: the Elddis Avalon.
Elddis Avalon is the culmination of years of Elddis’ coachbuilding heritage and experience, combined with advanced engineering and technology. The new 4-model range, a masterpiece of modern design, comfort and innovation.
Built on the Low Line FIAT Series 2 Chassis – and with a choice of Automatic transmission options – Avalon offers enhanced performance and handling.
Avalon’s striking exterior design boasts an all-new sleek and streamlined pod with full-width panoramic window, rear panel with pleasing curve, sporty Alloy wheels, full LED headlamps and rear light clusters – creating a tantalising taste of what lies within!
From the outside, the ‘blade’ effect pod with panoramic roof light shouts its sportiness and stands out from the crowd. Inside, this fantastic new feature creates an open and airy aesthetic – light, bright and a space to truly appreciate.
The interior design is just as carefully considered: sophisticated fixtures, fittings and functions, with luxurious finish throughout – crafted to enhance every journey.
Notable, is the all-new Elddis ZIP System, pioneered within the new Avalon range. The Elddis ZIP System is a multi-part wall joint which provides a multitude of benefits within the product. The ZIP system is intrinsically strong, as it creates a complete metallic frame around the underside of the vehicle, securing both the wall and floor in place, and providing a robust seal, preventing water ingress.
The metallic frame is engineered with 6060-T6 Anodised Aluminium to a high tolerance, which further prevents corrosion, giving long life and integrity to the Avalon, further protecting your investment. The Elddis ZIP System is a fully bonded construction system, which creates a complete seal around the floor and walls, eradicating potential paths of water ingress. Elddis has also engineered in further protection, incorporating polyurethane within the frame of the side walls. The Elddis ZIP System, when further combined with the HaloTEC one- piece, seamless wall construction, ensures that there are 2 levels of protection. The HaloTEC wall is a one-piece composite polypropylene. material construction, which is highly impact- and damp-resistant.
The all-new Elddis Avalon boasts competitive and class-leading specification as standard, including: Alde 24-hr multi-programmable central and water heating system, HaloTEC one-piece interior walls, Winter Pack, on-board batteries, dual-drain shower cubicles with Eco Camel Orbit shower, 100L underslung fresh and waste water tanks and external shower.
Standard Cab features include: Cruise Control, automatic Air Conditioning, 9’’ Pioneer Entertainment Touchscreen Unit, heated wing mirrors, wireless charging and much, much more.
Whilst its standard specification is bountiful, further Pack Options are available to further enhance your new Elddis Avalon, including: XT Pack, Connect+ Pack, Comfort Pack and Security Pack. Whilst Elddis Avalon’s Morgana Interior comes with a partial Leather trim, the option for full Leather interior is also available.
