New Forest Shortbread

We value our ingredients, the way we make our shortbread, and above all, the people who make it. Made in small batches, our shortbread is unprocessed, with no additives or preservatives. We have won awards from the Guild of Fine Foods, Great British Food Awards, and the World Taste Awards. Wherever possible, we collaborate with other producers, including Mozzo Coffee, New Forest Tea Company, and The Lavender Fields. We use only natural ingredients such as freeze-dried raspberries, rosemary, stem ginger, lemon extract, and cocoa. Most importantly, it is the butter, Anchor butter, that makes our shortbread special.
